This is an extremely versatile and awesome antispyware app. It offers many realtime settings and has the option to include the integration of clamav. Clamav is an open-source antivirus app. You have the option to integrate clamav into the realtime protection and you have the option to use it in a manual or scheduled scan. Spyware terminator also has a standalone cookies scanner which is very helpful in quickly scanning and removing tracking cookies. So far I have had no issues except the fact that the program can be a little intrusive. Any .dll or .exe files that attempt to run trigger a pop up from spyware terminator to allow or block the starting file. This is probably because I have HIPS enabled in the realtime protection but I don't mind it. It does help though to disable realtime or enter installation mode when installing a program, as it triggers tons of confimation requests from spyware terminator. Luckily you can also choose to remember the allowing or blocking of a file. In the end, an excellent antispyware app.
